Purpose / Indication
Used to treat several cancers, including colorectal cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, glioblastoma, renal cell carcinoma, cervical cancer, ovarian/fallopian tube/primary peritoneal cancer, and hepatocellular carcinoma in selected regimens.
Dosage & Administration
Dose Schedule
Administered as an intravenous infusion. Dose and frequency vary by cancer type and regimen, often every 2 or 3 weeks.

Mechanism of Action
Mechanism
